Envato Maintenance: 31th July 2016
Envato has announced a scheduled downtime on the 31st of July 2016, within 09:00 – 13:00 AEST and it will affect all users as they are transferring hosts. We’re announcing this on our blog as well to let you know how it affects you.
During this time Envato will be offline, meaning the API’s for sending messages through our support script, your account, and all related pages will be inaccessible, for our customers this means that for a brief window of 4 hours you’ll be unable to send us messages through our support script, but, we’ve got you covered and you can contact us only during this period directly at [removed] ( please note, this address will delete all messages that come without being sent through the support form after Envato is back online, contacting us without sending a support form message after Envato is back online will result in the message being deleted )
When contacting us with a support request, please include your license file found in your downloads pack and we got you covered. This license file allows us to see that you’re actually a customer so we can give you the best support you always received and will continue to receive from us.
Technically speaking, the downtime will not affect our business hours, schedule, customers, or the way we treat and help you! For the period of time Envato is offline, we’ll provide support as mentioned above! Cheers guys!
UPDATE: Envato’s server maintenance has proceeded smoothly and flawlessly without any interruption to the services we provide to our customers!
